I was on a cycle rikshaw going along Birchand Patel Road, a prominent thoroughfare in Patna when a Grey flew out of a thickly foliaged tree to perch on a telephone pole. I was carrying a camera and excitedly, I asked the rikshawwallah to stop the rickshaw since photographing without a shake is impossible on a moving cycle rikshaw. But as soon as I got down, it flew off towards the trees in the Hardinge Park nearby. Though I kept a watch for it whenever I passed the area in the next two days (that I wasin Patna), I did not see it again. Another sighting was reported by a friend who is a housewife in Goa of a Malabar Grey (possibly Juvenile) last month. She managed to get in a photo and reported seeing two next day.
