This is a pair of Malabar Pied Hornbill visiting every morning since last 15 days or so sitting on the branches of tall Salwood trees, part of the reserved forests facing our farmhouse. They are shy and extremely sensitIive to any movement and sound. They keep flying from one tree to another in a matter of seconds. The male bird also is seen caressing the female bird sometimes.
